Guangdong Provincial Radio Science Data Center
Guangdong Provincial Radio Science Data Center is a province-level scientific innovation platform, jointly established by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and the Shenzhen Radio Monitoring Station. Focusing on the advancement of radio science data infrastructure for the Greater Bay Area, it aims to address critical challenges including insufficient radio data collection, inefficient decentralized management, limited intelligent algorithms and data security risks.
The research scope of this center involves deploying multimodal data acquisition systems, studying data completion and generation techniques, developing practical measurement fusion theories, designing spectrum data desensitization algorithms, and establishing efficient secure data sharing platforms. These capabilities will support intelligent radio resource management and key applications such as low-altitude economy in Guangdong Province. Serving as a critical infrastructure for the development of 6G network, low-altitude economy, and smart city, the data center will serve as a key enabler for the Greater Bay Area's transformation into a global hub for digital innovation.
